Below are stories that I pitched and coordinated on behalf of WCC, while contributing on the Workforce Intelligence Network for Southeast Michigan’s editorial board:

Toyota, Washtenaw team to train R&D talent – WCC’s involvement in developing programs and curricula aligns with industries’ need for talent. “These programs are crucial to what we know are immediate needs in the auto industry as it reinvents itself in the area of mobility,” —President Dr. Rose B. Bellanca

Companies get talent help from ‘early college’ programs – The Washtenaw Technical Middle College at WCC is preparing high school students to be job-ready.

Grant funds target lightweight workforce solutions – WCC was awarded a $200,000 National Science Foundation grant entitled, “Training Tomorrow’s Technicians in Lightweight Materials: Properties, Optimization and Manufacturing Processes.”
